Sometimes when an adblocker extension is active, it can prevent certain 3rd party cookies or other data we use to present media in the class portal. In order to disable your adblocker for just our website, see the steps below.

For Adblock Plus, click the Extension Icon at the Top Right of your browser, then click the slider next to "This Website"

If you use uBlock, the instructions are quite. Click the Extension Icon, and then click the button in the middle-top to turn of uBlock for just the site you are on.

After disabling your adblocker, refresh the page to reload any blocked cookies or data.
